An Afternoon of Yoga and Philosophy at Pietra Corva Botanical Garden
The Pietra Corva Botanical Garden in Romagnese, in the heart of the Oltrepò Pavese, celebrates its 60th anniversary!
On Sunday, August 30, 2026, the garden welcomes the end of summer with an afternoon dedicated to the well-being of body, mind and spirit.
At an altitude of 950 metres, surrounded by the late-season colours of the garden, two events invite visitors to slow down and reconnect with themselves: a yoga session in the early afternoon, followed by an outdoor philosophical practice.
3:00 PM | Yoga in the Garden: Release – The Silence of the Mountain
The afternoon begins at 3:00 PM with “Release – The Silence of the Mountain”, a yoga session designed to help participants leave behind the tensions accumulated during the summer.
Through targeted techniques and introspective meditation, participants will be guided towards releasing inner tensions and welcoming new energy, surrounded by the silence and scents of the botanical garden.
4:00 PM | Philosophical Practice: My Garden Is a (Philosophical) School
At 4:00 PM, attention shifts from the body to the mind with the philosophical practice “My Garden Is a (Philosophical) School”, led by Gaia Giovine Proietti.
The activity offers a journey of reflection and discovery, inviting participants to see nature not simply as a physical place, but as a genuine teacher of life and a school of thought, engaging directly with the surrounding environment.
