Casteggio celebrates the authentic scents and flavors of autumn with the 39th Truffle and Honey Fair, an unmissable event dedicated to two local excellences of the Oltrepò Pavese: truffles and honey. On Sunday, November 9, 2025, the town will turn into an open-air market where tradition, taste, and nature come together for a day of celebration.

From the early morning, exhibitors will fill the streets of Casteggio with local products, culinary specialties, and tasting sessions showcasing the region’s finest flavors. The Food Area will offer dishes and recipes inspired by truffles and honey — two signature ingredients of the Pavia autumn season.

In the afternoon, don’t miss the traditional truffle-hunting competition, featuring skilled dogs and their handlers — the true protagonists of this timeless bond between humans and nature. The awards ceremony will follow, bringing the event to a close in a festive atmosphere.
