Casteggio is ready to shine. On Saturday, 29 August 2026, from 7:00 pm, the town centre comes alive for Notte Bianca 2026, organised by Pro Loco Clastidium under the patronage of the City of Casteggio. Piazza Cavour, Piazza Dante, Via Roma and Via Garibaldi become the stage for an evening of music, entertainment and tradition, with free admission throughout the historic centre.

Notte Bianca in Casteggio opens with a warm-up DJ set, Madness, setting the mood ahead of the evening's musical highlight. Throughout the town centre, a packed programme of activities unfolds, including a food & beverage area, live music and street entertainment that accompanies visitors from one square to the next well into the night. Bars and shops stay open all evening, adding to the festive atmosphere across the whole town.

The evening's musical highlight is the Discoradio Party concert, the Remember Disco Show, which from 9:00 pm turns Piazza Cavour into a huge open-air dance floor, with free admission. An event built around the great classics of disco and revival music, designed to get audiences of all ages dancing late into the night.

The evening also makes room for local culture, with a theatrical show performed in the Oltrepò Pavese dialect that portrays local customs and traditions with warmth and humour. Local sports associations will also be performing throughout the town centre in public demonstrations, alongside an exhibition of vintage cars featuring Fiat 500 models — a nostalgic journey for motoring and local history enthusiasts. For those who enjoy browsing unique objects and handmade creations, a craft and collectibles market brings even more life to the streets of the centre, featuring local hobbyists and exhibitors.

Notte Bianca in Casteggio also has plenty in store for younger visitors, with magic shows, giant bubbles, inflatables and rides set up along the route of the event: a programme designed to entertain families and children amid the widespread festivities, from one square to the next across the historic centre.
