Autumn in Lomellina is filled with the aromas of pumpkin and traditional homemade dishes. The Alagna Pumpkin Festival 2026 returns to Alagna (Pavia), an eagerly awaited event organised by the Pro Loco di Alagna to celebrate one of the season’s most beloved ingredients.

The festival will take place on Sunday, 18 October 2026, offering a delicious menu, a festive atmosphere and plenty of specialities to enjoy together.

The undisputed star of the festival will, of course, be pumpkin, a versatile ingredient and a true symbol of autumn in the Pavia area.

The lunch menu will include:

• Pumpkin gnocchi
• Pumpkin risotto
• Salamella sausage sandwich
• Draft beer
• Cakes and coffee served at Bar Popa

As part of the tradition, the Pro Loco will also offer gnocchi and ravioli for sale, giving visitors the chance to take home some of the authentic flavours of the festival.
