The day begins with relaxation and the discovery of the local territory, featuring activities designed to reconnect with the nature of the Pavia hills.

• At 8:30 AM, in Piazza del Comune, there will be a Tai Chi session with Maestro Fiocchi, perfect for awakening your energy.

• Following that, from 10:00 AM to 11:15 AM, a guided walk will depart from Piazza Garibaldi (Giallo Sole Area) to discover the wild herbs of the Oltrepò. Accompanying the visitors will be Francesca Pagani, an expert in the identification, harvesting, and processing of local plants.

• The nature experience will merge with art from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM, again in Piazza Garibaldi, with an original Cyanotype Workshop curated by Riccardo Tarantola and Camera PV, where the herbs collected during the walk will be transformed into striking photographic images.

In the afternoon, the focus of the Grape Festival shifts to the enhancement of urban spaces and contemporary art.

• At 4:00 PM, the space in front of the evocative Cantinone Medievale will host the opening of the art installation "Blu Clorofilla," enriched by a poetic action curated by Malerbe APS.

• Another highlight of this cultural day in Pavia will take place at 5:00 PM in Piazza Garibaldi, with the inauguration of a new Mural curated by Bepart. The artwork will be presented to the public, sharing the local visions and stories that inspired its creation.

Starting at 5:30 PM, the winemaking soul of Pietra de' Giorgi will come to life in Piazza Garibaldi with a special Solidarity Tasting of local wines and grappas. By purchasing a glass adorned with a crocheted cover, participants will not only be able to freely taste local labels and meet the producers directly, but they will also contribute to a good cause: the proceeds will support the planting of new trees in Piazza Unità d'Italia. Accompanying the toasts will be the music of the "Duo a Righe" (Amanda and Petra on violin and organetto), creating a perfect blend of art, wine, and musical notes.

Throughout the event, the streets of the village will be enlivened by street food and numerous stalls featuring local products. Visitors will be able to purchase and taste zero-mile honey, donuts, grappas, liqueurs, fruits, vegetables, cheeses, wooden crafts, lavender, and jams.

The event will conclude beautifully with the traditional Dinner in the Square organized by the Pro Loco. This will be a moment of great conviviality where guests can enjoy a curated menu featuring traditional dishes and local products. The evening will be entertained by live music from Dario Ghelfi.
