Seen through Mastronardi's eyes the itinerary has been divided into three walk stages focusing on specific features of the town and the area surrounding it. Its three modular routes are equipped with signs, waymarks and info panels showing the historic buildings cited or featured in Mastronardi's work. Audio guides will be available. The bulk of the initiatives focus attention on the needs of the differently abled to make routes accessible and enable workshops to be organised. Qualified volunteer staff will be present at all times to accompany visitors on guided tours. Material in sign language will be available for the hearing impaired and editions of Lucio Mastronardi's work will be printed in Braille for the blind and sight impaired.
