OltreGusto 2026
Two days of Pinot Nero, star-studded showcooking and great wines from the Oltrepò
On Monday 7 and Tuesday 8 September 2026, the Gallini Institute in Voghera hosts OltreGusto Oltrepò – Terra di Pinot Nero, the new flagship event born from the union of OltreGusto and the historic showcase organised by the Consorzio Tutela Vini Oltrepò Pavese and dedicated to Pinot Nero in its two main expressions: Classese and the still red wine. Two days that bring wineries, restaurateurs, producers and star chefs, including from abroad, to Voghera to tell the story of the taste and wine of an entire territory.
A shared project between OltreGusto and Terra di Pinot NeroAfter OltreGusto's first edition, held in 2025 at Riccagioia with the Consorzio as a partner, this year the collaboration grows stronger and becomes a shared project: the two events choose to move forward together, bringing their audiences, protagonists and experiences into a single event. More than just a showcase, the goal is to tell the story of the Oltrepò Pavese through the everyday work of those who keep its food and wine identity alive.
The two-day programmeThe event opens on Monday morning at the Teatro Valentino Garavani in Voghera with the official inauguration and a talk by Alessandro Masnaghetti, one of Italy's most authoritative wine cartographers, dedicated to reading the territory through its vineyards and their connection to the wines they produce.
The day continues at the Gallini Institute, where tasting stands from the participating wineries are set up from 11am to 5pm: a session reserved for press and trade professionals, including two blind tastings dedicated to Classese.
From 7pm, the Gallini Institute opens its doors to the public for the OltreGusto evening. On both days, the wine stands accompany the restaurateurs' dishes, offering a journey through the different wine expressions of the Oltrepò Pavese: each evening features nine local food venues, including restaurants, a pizzeria and a pastry shop.
